Com seu irmão gêmeo Tim, Ant nasceu e foi criado na Califórnia, EUA. Eles passaram grande parte de sua infância ultrapassando os limites de seus esportes favoritos, incluindo esqui na neve, vela, esqui aquático e outros esportes de aventura. Aos 16 anos, sua paixão pela aventura o levou ao parapente. Ant foi para a universidade em Paris, França, graduando-se em Cinema, Negócios Internacionais e Matemática Aplicada. Ant trabalha em sua casa em Morzine, na França, para a BGD.
