Mike Page

united kingdom

Mike Page started flying in 1996 in the Royal Air Force as a Navigator, and got his Private Pilot’s Licence in 2001. He started Paragliding in 2018 in Bavaria and then converted to Paramotor in Spain in 2019. He entered his first flying competition in 2019, the British Open Paramotor Championships, where he finished second in the British rankings and 4th overall. Still early in his PG/PPG career, Mike plans to gain experience flying in competitions and tours around the World, including the Icarus X (UK 2020), World PPG Champs (Brazil 2020), British Open PPG Champs (2020), European PPG Champs (2021). Outside of competitions, he is planning to explore the UK’s beautiful National Parks from the air long distance adventures, then spread his wings into Europe. Mike chose BGD because of its strong team ethos and excellent wings. I am confident I can compete well with the best kit.
